Refund Policy

(MediaX Academy – Fee & Refund Guidelines)

1. Application Fees

Application or registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Program Fee Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of withdrawal:

• Before Program Access is Granted: Refund eligible after deducting processing charges (if applicable).
• After LMS Access / Course Commencement: No refund will be granted once course materials are accessed.
• After Live Sessions Begin: Fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. International Immersion Component

For optional in-campus Paris immersion:

• Travel and visa expenses are the student’s responsibility.
• Refunds for immersion depend on partner institution policies.

4. Program Cancellation by Academy

If the Academy cancels a program:

• Full refund of tuition fee will be processed within 30 working days.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests under medical or emergency grounds may be reviewed at the discretion of the Academic Board. Approval is not guaranteed.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 21–30 working days through the original payment method.
